Today I have decided to start bloging my weight loss. I need to get into shape by May, I have a pool, just got divorced and have a new guy in my life. Plus I want to look hot again. By May I would like to weigh about 135lbs, right now I weigh 155lbs. Time to get cracking. This week I went to the gym on 12/24 and did 35 minutes of cardio, on the treadmil and stairs, only lasted about 15 min on the stairs but did the treadmill at 15% inclline at 4.0 pace. Then got to the gym on 12/27(wednesday) and did 45 min of cardio 35 on the tread, 15% and 4.1-4.3pace, then stairs for 10 burned a tolda of 637 calories. Thursday small amount of cadio and then worked on my arms. Saturday, just warmed up on the cardio (elptical) did pull ups (80lbs) shoulder (machine) 25lbs, triceps overhead 15lbs, and another shoulder then lat pull downs at 60 lbs. By the end of January I hope to lose 8-10 lbs,
